Winspirit Casino — Terms and Conditions

By creating a Winspirit account, depositing funds or placing a wager, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not accept them, please do not register. We have written this document in plain English so a punter can read it once and know what's expected on both sides.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to gamble online from your jurisdiction. Registration by anyone under 18 will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

1.2 You must be a resident of a country we accept. Players from restricted jurisdictions (full list available on request) cannot register or play.

1.3 Employees of Winspirit, its software providers, payment processors and immediate family members of those employees cannot hold a real-money account.

1.4 One account per person, household, IP address, device fingerprint or shared payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances voided.

2. Account Registration and Identity

2.1 You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration: legal name, date of birth, residential address, country of residence, email and AU mobile.

2.2 Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed. Documents typically requested: government photo ID, proof of address dated within three months, proof of payment-method ownership.

2.3 We may request additional information at any time if required by anti-money-laundering rules (AML/CTF Act 2006), risk monitoring, or regulator request. Failure to provide reasonable documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension.

2.4 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Activity logged from your account is treated as your own.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds

3.1 All transactions are denominated in Australian dollars (AU$).

3.2 The minimum deposit is AU$10 (PayID, Neosurf), AU$20 (POLi), AU$30 (BPAY, crypto). Maximums and payout windows are listed on our Banking & Payments page.

3.3 Withdrawals are processed once KYC is complete and the cashier approval is granted. Approval times target under 24 hours during AU business days.

3.4 Standard daily withdrawal cap is AU$5,000 for non-VIP accounts; weekly cap AU$15,000. VIP tier-based uplifts published on the VIP & Loyalty page.

3.5 We may refuse a withdrawal request only where: (a) KYC is incomplete; (b) the funds derive from a voided bonus or bonus breach; (c) anti-money-laundering investigation is open; or (d) the cashier flags a security anomaly requiring review. In every case we will explain in writing within five business days.

3.6 Winspirit does not pay interest on player balances. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from operating capital.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Every bonus comes with specific terms attached at the point of opt-in. By accepting a bonus, you accept those terms in addition to this section.

4.2 Unless stated otherwise: pokies contribute 100% to wagering; live dealer and most table games contribute 10–20%; specialty games may contribute 0%.

4.3 Maximum bet during active bonus play is AU$5 per spin or per hand. Any spin or hand placed above AU$5 while a bonus is active voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it. The system enforces this silently — there is no warning prompt. The voiding is final and not subject to refund.

4.4 Only one bonus may be active at any time. New bonus credit cannot be claimed while wagering on a previous bonus is incomplete.

4.5 Bonus credit and any associated free spins expire 30 days from credit unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unwagered amounts at expiry are forfeited.

4.6 Bonus abuse — including coordinated multi-account play, bonus hopping across linked accounts, and bet patterns designed to lock low-variance returns — results in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

5. Gameplay, Fairness and Errors

5.1 All games run on certified RNG software from licensed third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Evolution and others). RTPs and game rules are those published by the provider for the build delivered to the lobby.

5.2 In the event of a malfunction — game freeze, disconnection, server error — the round is decided based on the last confirmed state stored on our servers. Balances are reconciled accordingly. If the malfunction prevents a round from completing, stakes for that round are refunded.

5.3 We reserve the right to void a wager where there is reasonable evidence of system error, late-bet manipulation, or third-party tools that breach game fairness.

5.4 Live dealer rounds are decided by the dealer's action on camera. Any dispute on a live round is reviewed against the recorded video and the round ID from your game history.

6. Dormancy

6.1 An account with no login or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant.

6.2 From month 13 of inactivity, a dormancy administration fee of AU$5 per month is applied to the available balance, capped at the available balance itself. The balance can never go negative as a result of dormancy fees.

6.3 Dormancy fees are stopped immediately by any successful login. Accumulated fees on a dormant account that is reactivated and brought back into use will be refunded on written request to support within 30 days of reactivation.

6.4 After 36 consecutive months of dormancy, the account is closed and any remaining balance is forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

7. Responsible Gambling

7.1 We are committed to responsible gambling. The full set of player-protection tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, time-outs, self-exclusion — is described on our Responsible Gambling page.

7.2 Tightening a player-imposed limit takes effect instantly. Loosening any limit triggers a 7-day cooling-off period before it activates.

7.3 Players who self-exclude or register with BetStop (the Australian national self-exclusion register) will have new account creation, log-in and deposits blocked for the duration of the exclusion.

7.4 We may, at our discretion, close or suspend an account where we have reasonable concern about problem-gambling indicators, regardless of player request.

8. Account Closure

8.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawal will be processed; any remaining cleared balance will be paid out via your verified withdrawal method.

8.2 We may close or suspend an account where you breach these terms, where required by law or regulator, or where we have reasonable concern about fraud, money laundering or problem gambling.

8.3 Account closure does not waive Winspirit's record-keeping obligations — KYC and transaction records are retained for seven years post-closure as required by the AML/CTF Act 2006.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

9.1 If you have a complaint, contact support first via the Contact & Support page. We acknowledge written complaints within 24 hours and respond substantively within five business days.

9.2 If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board licensing complaints portal — the route is linked from the footer of every page.

9.3 If a regulator-level review does not resolve the matter, you may refer the dispute to an independent ADR provider as named by the licensing authority. Winspirit will participate in good faith.

10. Liability

10.1 Winspirit's liability to a player in any dispute is limited to the amount of cleared funds the player has deposited and not yet withdrawn or wagered.

10.2 Winspirit is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control: internet outages on the player side, third-party payment processor delays, force majeure events.

10.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All Winspirit branding, page content, design and software is owned by Winspirit Casino or licensed from third parties. Copying or reproducing any of it without written permission is prohibited.

12. Changes to These Terms

12.1 We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12.2 The "Effective from" date at the top of this page indicates the current version.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence under which Winspirit operates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you under Australian law.
